He is sired by the famous Medidor OC, a stallion bred by the highly respected and renowned Coudelaria Ortigão Costa, whose breeding programme is recognised for its discipline, consistency and long-term vision. Medidor OC is by Delicado, a stallion valued for his correctness and influence, and out of Urca, reinforcing a lineage chosen for balance, temperament and durability rather than fleeting fashion.
On the dam side, Rimo OC is out of Batota, bred by Sociedade Agrícola da Fonte do Pinheiro, a stud famous for producing horses with depth, strength and proven functionality. Batota is by Tálio, a stallion associated with presence and power, and out of Ordenança, a mare line that adds further substance and genetic stability.
